What our parents are saying
Real coaching, strong fundamentals, and a camp experience kids (and parents) actually love.
Camp at a Glance
This youth wrestling camp is designed to help athletes build confidence, learn the sport, and get quality mat time during the summer. Wrestlers will spend the week working through common wrestling positions with No Limits Wrestling Club coaches.
Who This Wrestling Camp Is For
This camp is for youth athletes who want to learn wrestling, improve their skills, and stay active over the summer. Wrestlers do not need years of experience to attend. Coaches will help athletes work at an appropriate level based on age, experience, and ability.
This camp is a good fit for first-time wrestlers, returning youth wrestlers, athletes who play other sports, and kids who want to build confidence, coordination, body control, and toughness in a structured environment.
What Athletes Will Learn
Throughout camp, athletes will work through the most common positions in wrestling. The goal is to help wrestlers understand where they are, what they should be looking for, and how to build better habits during live wrestling situations.
Scrambling and Live Wrestling Situations
Camp will include age-appropriate wrestling situations that help athletes build mat awareness, confidence, and problem-solving skills during live action.
Neutral Position
Athletes will work on stance, motion, hand fighting, setups, and basic attacks. Coaches will focus on helping wrestlers move well, stay in position, and understand how to create scoring opportunities.
Top Position
Wrestlers will learn how to apply pressure, stay in control, use breakdowns, and begin building safe turning concepts from the top position.
Bottom Position
Athletes will work on building a strong base, hand control, movement, escapes, and getting back to neutral.
Beginner-Friendly, but Built for Real Improvement
This camp is not only for experienced wrestlers. New athletes will be taught the basics in a way that makes sense, while more experienced wrestlers will still get focused reps and coaching. The camp environment will be structured, active, and designed to help athletes leave with a better understanding of wrestling.
—
The focus will be on fundamentals, effort, safe technique, and building confidence on the mat.

Hosted by No Limits Wrestling Club
No Limits Wrestling Club provides youth wrestling opportunities for athletes in Ridgefield, Vancouver, Battle Ground, and throughout Southwest Washington. Our coaches focus on strong fundamentals, consistent effort, discipline, confidence, and creating a positive training environment for kids who are learning and growing in the sport.
This camp is built to help athletes understand wrestling in a way they can actually use. Whether an athlete is brand new or already has mat experience, the goal is to help them improve their body control, build confidence, and get quality coaching in the positions they will see most often in matches.
At No Limits, we believe youth wrestling should challenge kids while still making room for learning, encouragement, and fun. Athletes will be expected to listen, work hard, be respectful, and support the wrestlers around them.
