Coach Kassi
Coach Kassi brings nearly a decade of competitive strength training experience, a college wrestling background, and a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University as well as continuing her education to presemtly attain and MBA in Finance. She brings a research backed approach to every athlete she works with. As a mom herself, she understands the realities of busy schedules, stress, and life’s inconsistencies, and she knows firsthand how critical strength, movement, and self-care are for staying healthy and confident.
Kassi is especially passionate about guiding women through seasons like hormonal challenges, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery with safe, research-driven programming that honors the body and builds lasting strength. She also coaches youth athletes, including her own 7-year-old and 5 year old sons, helping kids develop strong fundamentals, athletic confidence, and a lifelong love for training. Whether you’re chasing peak performance, rebuilding your strength, or just wanting to feel powerful in your own skin again, Coach Kassi meets you where you are and builds a plan to move you forward.
Coach Brandon
Coach Brandon is a seasoned wrestler with over 30 years of experience, bringing a powerful blend of competitive bodybuilding discipline, advanced strength training knowledge, and extensive distance running preparation to every athlete he coaches. He believes great coaches never stop learning, and he continually evolves his methods to stay grounded in both experience and research-driven training.
Outside the gym, Brandon is an avid big-game hunter who understands exactly what it means to prepare the body for real-world performance, like trekking miles deep into the rugged Washington wilderness for days at a time. That lived experience gives him a unique understanding of conditioning, durability, grit, and functional strength that truly translates beyond the weight room.
Brandon is known for structured, intentional programming, high standards, and genuine investment in athlete growth. Whether he’s coaching youth athletes, developing strength foundations, or helping adults push beyond their limits, Coach Brandon brings experience, accountability, and a relentless passion for building strong, capable humans.
